It's Ned McDodd-O'Malley's "Hall of Mayors" painting! I'm guessing this was painted in one of his great grandfather's trophy rooms, thinking it would make him look important. Of course, he picked the wrong place to stand (yeah, that old gag
 ). The animals behind him are: The Tufted Gustard, a Blue Green Abelard, a Kangaroo Bird (all from Suess's "Unorthodox Taxidermy" collection), the Rabbit and Bear from "The Big Brag" and a Swamee Swan from "The Lorax." |

And the guy who made the portrait sure realised and painted him like that anyway because everyone thinks the mayor is crazy and everyone teases him. Poor guy.
